Returns: Easier Than Ever, and Now More Items Qualify. Returns Now Accepted On MORE Items (for store credit only):

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for store credit. Returns accepted from US states only. All other sales are final.
To receive store credit, items must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED and must have ALL tags attached.

Returns are accepted with authorization only. To receive authorization please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to fright charges.
Once we receive the merchandise we will process the return and send you an e-mail regarding your return and how to redeem your store credit.

**Footwear Returns
Footwear should be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box, all packaged within a larger shipping box. Damages to or omission of the original shoe box from your return will result in your return not being accepted.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, Kar Flash will cover return shipping and refund you in full.
Exchanges
Due to the limited time and limited quantity nature of our sales, we are sometimes unable to process exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with any of your items you may return them for store credit.
